Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare delicious meals for our guests. We serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and a strong leader with a passion for the culinary arts.

Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications
  • Assist Chef with kitchen operations
  • Supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation
  • Provide training and leadership for kitchen staff
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory
  • Follow all food safety rules and regulations
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Participate in the opening and/or closing of the kitchen including deep cleans 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous culinary experience
  • Certification from culinary school preferred
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
Compensation: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
