Join Rusty Hooks LLC as our Front of House Manager in beautiful Southport, NC! As a manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance during your shift. You will help create employee schedules, supervise staff, and assign duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage front of house staff, fostering a positive team culture.
- Implement and maintain service standards to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for timely service and communication.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front of house management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Passion for food and beverage service with a commitment to excellence.
